About Haste

Haste is London’s on-demand shopping platform. We connect you with the best independent and high street retailers in your area, delivering your purchase directly from their store to your door — typically within 30 minutes. Think of it as a digital department store of your local shops, delivered.
Haste is currently available across central London. When you open the app, we’ll show you which retailers are available to deliver to your address. We’re expanding our coverage regularly, so check back if your area isn’t live yet.
Haste lists a curated range of products across beauty, fragrance, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, home and tech. Think Aesop hand wash, a Waterstones book, M&S socks, or a Sonos speaker — all available for delivery in 30–60 minutes. We don’t deliver food or groceries.
Haste is a web app, so there’s nothing to download. Simply visit gohaste.co on your phone and you’ll be prompted to save it to your home screen — it works just like an app from there.

Ordering

Browse retailers and products on Haste, add items to your basket, enter your delivery address and payment details, and confirm your order. It’s that simple. You’ll receive a confirmation notification as soon as your order is accepted. You’ll also see live tracking of your purchase being collected and delivered to your door.
Currently each order is fulfilled by a single retailer. If you’d like items from different stores, you’ll need to place separate orders. We’re working on multi-retailer basket functionality for a future update.
All product listings on Haste are connected to live retailer inventory in real time. If a product appears available in the app, it’s in stock at that moment. In the rare event of a discrepancy, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund.
Yes. As well as immediate on-demand delivery, Haste offers scheduled delivery so you can choose a time that suits you. Please note that scheduled deliveries are subject to the retailer’s opening hours — you’ll be able to see available time slots for each store.

Delivery

Our target delivery time is 60 minutes from order confirmation within a 1-mile radius, though this can vary depending on distance, weather, traffic, and rider availability. You’ll see a live estimated delivery time before you confirm your order.
Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. The fee is calculated based on the distance between the store and your delivery address.
Once your order is collected from the store, you’ll be able to track your rider live on a map — from store to your door, in real time. No mystery, no guessing. You’ll need to provide the delivery rider your unique secure code before the delivery is complete.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us via chat and we’ll look into it straight away. Delivery is handled by our third-party logistics partner, but we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the situation quickly.
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. If our rider cannot complete delivery, you may still be charged for the order and delivery fee.
Yes, as long as the address is within our delivery zone and accessible to our rider. Please include any access instructions or floor details in the delivery notes.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor using encrypted connections. Your card details are never stored on Haste’s servers.
Payment is taken at the point of order confirmation. You will not be charged until your order has been accepted.
Yes. At checkout you’ll have the option to round up your basket to the nearest pound, with the difference going to The King’s Trust — supporting young entrepreneurs across the UK. Every penny goes directly to the charity.

Returns & Damaged Items

We’re sorry to hear that. Any damage must be reported to both the relevant retailer and to Haste within 15 minutes of delivery. Please contact us immediately via the online chat and notify the retailer directly. Please provide a photograph of the damage. Reporting outside this window may affect your ability to make a claim, so please check your item as soon as it arrives.
Returns are handled directly by the retailer you purchased from, in line with their own returns policy. To make a return, please contact the retailer and return the item physically to their store. Haste does not collect or process returns. We recommend reviewing the retailer’s returns policy before purchasing.
Refunds are subject to the retailer’s own refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact the retailer directly in the first instance. If you need our help facilitating that conversation, reach out to us via online chat and we’ll do our best to assist.
Please report any incorrect items to both the retailer and Haste within 15 minutes of delivery via online chat. We’ll work with the retailer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your Account

Visit Haste on your phone or desktop and tap My Profile and then Create Account. You’ll be prompted to save Haste to your home screen for easy access — no app store download required. You’ll need a valid email address and phone number to get started.
You can request account deletion via the settings section, or by contacting us on live chat. We’ll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
Tap ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it via your registered email address.

We take complaints seriously. Please complete the online form in Contact, with as much detail as possible and we’ll investigate and respond as quickly as we can.
